Up for auction is a original old (circa 1890) textiles Homespun and Loomed COVERLET / BLANKET unique Blue with Dark Brown striped wool ends.From New England Estate Sale. Made of two pieces of 29" hand sewn .Approx. 88"x 58".It has small hand sewn ends .The coverlet has no stains ,repairs,rips ,holes or moth holes .Was carded,spun and wound on the reel at home .Natural home dyed . The initials are in a faded brown : JO or JD.No odor and clean .Ready to use or display with pride in your textiles stack .A exquisite original piece of early American homestead art.Smoke and pet free environment.
