Up for auction is a original old (circa 1890) textiles Homespun and Loomed COVERLET / BLANKET unique Blue with Dark Brown striped wool ends.From New England Estate Sale. Made of two pieces of 29" hand sewn . Approx. 88"x 58".It has small hand sewn ends . The coverlet has no stains ,repairs,rips ,holes or moth holes .Was carded,spun and wound on the reel at home . Natural home dyed . The initials are in a faded brown : JO or JD. No odor and clean .Ready to use or display with pride in your textiles stack .A exquisite original piece of early American homestead art. Smoke and pet free environment.
