I always have a lot of good silver listed at low opening bids and low shipping, so please check out my other auctions! This is a very nice lot of three antique or vintage solid sterling silver souvenir spoons from Illinois. I have other nice lots listed now, too. They are all marked "Sterling". Please look at the photos and read the description carefully. Left to right, first photo: 1. Very nice large spoon with a "Chicago" handle. This is a beautiful, heavy and well-made spoon. The bowl is embossed with a view of "Fort Dearborn 1830". It is about 6" long. It is marked "Sterling" with the RW&S stag head hallmark for Wallace. It is in very good condition, with some light scratching and tiny dings from normal use and polishing. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 2. Very nice spoon with classic handle with "Lorene" engraved on it. The spoon itself is the Villa Norfolk pattern, introduced by Gorham in 1904. The bowl is hand-engraved with "Chicago Heights, Ill." It is about 5-1/8" long. It is in very good condition with a little very light scratching on the back only, not much. It is marked "Sterling Pat. 1902" with the old lion-anchor-G hallmark for Gorham. 3. Very pretty spoon with a molded poppy handle, similar to those introduced by Watson around 1900.
