T is a hollow base, like a platform with the holes on lateral sides. filled with the stone inside, meant to ring like a bell. Also on the platform t is a pillar with a bird on the top, is a handle for holding the scrubber. The surface below the platform is uneven and ruff .These kind of foot scrubber has especially made for royal princes and royal family ladies. They also come in various other designs This is a very good ,very rare piece. And a very good collectable.
