This is a beautiful antique Regulator clock that still has the original label which states ROYAL Highest Quality Made in Japan. The wood has a great patina and I believe it is oak (finish looks to be original). The wooden roping around the perimeter is fantastic. The pendulum is very fancy. The clock runs and keeps time. It also has the calendar feature which moves through the days of the week. The chime works but it doesn't ring on the hour like it should. Instead it just keeps ringing until the wind runs out.This does not effect the clock working as it keeps time fine. All in all, a beautiful rare antique Japanese clock. I will pack it well, but cannot guarantee how it runs after it is shipped. High bidder to pay $18.50 shipping via money order plus insurance if desired. Good Luck Bidding!!!
