~ Antique Meissen Figurine ~ This is a fabulous 19th century Meissen putto figurine depicting Winter... a beautiful boy wearing nothing but a gorgeous cobalt blue fur cape and a pair of old fashioned ice skates. A first quality piece, it is beautifully modeled with fine handpainted features and detail... a wonderful antique Meissen figurine! In excellent condition with just one chip to the tip of his left ice skate blade (the curly part of the tip is chipped off); no other chips, no repairs. Measures 5 1/4 " tall.
