Item: Antique Oak Ice Box Description: This auction is for an antique Ashwood Ice Box. This is a solid wood ice box manufactured by the Ranny Refrigerator Co. of Greenville Michigan. This company manufactured these ice boxes between 1892 and 1938. So, this ice box is at least 70 years old. This a single door ice box with the door for the ice on the top. This box comes with its original wire shelf. The door latch handle has been broken off but the latch works. The broken handle looks to be an old injury. T is a crack in the door by the hinges it has been repaired and the door works just fine. The drip pan is missing as well. This ice box has its original finish and has a few cosmetic scratches and t The Ice box dimensions are 39" high, 24" wide, and 15" deep.
