Hello, you are bidding on an unusual piece of music instrument history, a PIANOPHONE. I don't know the age,but thought this was a nice piece for display. It needs a good cleaning, all the strings are t, not sure if t were anymore pieces to it or not. Measure's 20" tall and 12" wide. The label's are all readable. The label inside reads, MARX PIANOPHONE, hand made instrument. Sold through our Advertising Agents only. Write to Pianphone co. East Boston, Mass., for agency. New music and strings.The lower label reads This instrument is fully guaranteed and sold by our special advertising agents only. Do not mistake it for our PianoHarp, which is a much cheaper instrument.
