Photo not included.....The ideal gift for the FAN Collector! It is rare to find these c1890 metal frames in perfect condition. Because the metal used was so soft & fragile most similar frames seen today have areas that have broken off. Not in this case. In addition it should be pointed out that the fan shape seen here is also uncommon. Note the "lace" edging & the tassel at the bottom. Everything is original including the easel. These frames are often marked with a date. This one is unmarked. They are American made. A charming Victorian example meant to accommodate the then popular "Cabinet Cards" the standard size of which is just over 6" x 4".
