RARE ANTIQUE Platter from Pinder, Bourne & Hope - English manufacturers. Location and period of operation: Pinder, Bourne & Hope Burslem 1851- 1860 Earthenware manufacturer at Fountain Place (c.1851-1860) and then at Nile Street (1860 to Jan 1862), Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent Previously: Thomas Pinder (c1848-1851) Subsequently: Pinder, Bourne & Co (Jan 1862 to 1882) Eventually acquired by Royal Dalton. This platter is the "Crystal Palace" pattern and depicts an actual building (The Crystal Palace) in London. An AMAZING Piece with ornate decorative border. Measures: 13.5" x 10" and is from a smoke-free, pet-free space. Item will be carefully wrapped and packed for shipping.
