~ Royal Worcester Figural Shell Vase ~ This is a gorgeous, rare antique vase produced by Royal Worcester; a museum quality piece in superb condition depicting a lively gilt lizard perched on the rim of a large nautilus shell with gilt coral and seashells decorating the raised base. It is marked with makers marks and impressions that date this piece to 1881, it measures 8 7/8 " tall by 6 1/2 " wide, and it is in very excellent condition--there are no chips, no repairs, professional gilt touchup on the bottom base rim, minor and well done.
