The rare saphiret beads are like no other. Made in the mid 1900 century in Czechoslovakia by adding melted gold to melted sapphire colored glass. This beautiful rosary is 18 1/2" long, beads are faceted about 5mm to 7mm in size, Our Father beads are double capped. The crucifix is about 1 5/8" by 1 1/8", and the center medal is about 5/8" across. The Crucifix, center medal and the chains are old brass. In the light the beads pick up a brilliant blue sparkle. I'm sorry but I have to put a reserve on this rosary. Insurence is required at your cost on an out of the country sale.
