Antique Schoenhut Hollywood Home Builder house. Box is in very fragile condition and lid is missing one side panel. The house is complete and in good played with condition but there are 2 small cracks in 2 of the panels which do not interfere with assembly. The house is somewhat dirty and could use cleaning or painting. This item dates to the 1920's so overall not to bad for something so old.Sold as is with no returns so please ask any questions prior to bidding.
