More Shipping Info: All of our items are custom packaged according to the items specific needs by our professional packager with 20 years of experience. Shipping furniture is more delicate than small items. Occasionally even the best packing cannot withstand being dropped or handled carelessly by shippers. You must report damaged items to us within 24 hours. All package materials, box, wood, crate, etc. must be retained for damage inspection by all Shippers.
