is a nice primitive stoneware ginger beer bottle. It says Brown's Old English Style Ginger Beer, Fredonia, Kans. on the front. It stands about 7 1/4" tall. On the bottom is written in pencil Very Old. Part of the cork is still in the top. The coloring is very good. We don't know anything about collecting old bottles except for their regional significance. This was purchased at an estate sale and we don't know the history of it but it is original and not a reproduction. It is in great condition with normal age wear; stress marks & a small nick( as seen in the photos). It will be packed with care to mail.
