This is an antique candlestick holder with a carrying handle, and a push-up lever, and I believe it is made of either tin, or bell metal. It is actually quite heavy. It measures 5 1/2" tall x approximately 3 7/8" across the base x 3/4" hole for candle. Candlestick holder has typical ware, and tare for its age. The push-up is in working order.
