ANTIQUE VICTORIAN ENGLISH SILVER GOLD MIZPAH SENTIMENTAL BANGLE BRACELET c1885 A terrific quality antique English, solid sterling silver hinged bangle / bracelet; with superb applied rose gold lapped embellishment reading 'Mizpah' (a popular Victorian love sentiment meaning 'the Lord watch between us while we are parted'), silver orbs and finely hand engraved and applied designs. An absolute stunner - a really lovely antique bangle...unusualand so wearable! CONDITION : All original and very good. Slight signs of wear and light denting commensurate with age and use. Hinge and closure work perfectly. DEFECTS : None. DATE/MARKS : English hallmark for 1885. Maker's marks TW. DIMENSIONS : 25 mm wide max. (1 inch = 25.4 mm).
