A very old antique but no expert crystal twisted pedestal wine or ale glass substantial and heavy measures 9.5 inches high.There are some ware marks to base and the glass has a few flecks / imperfections in the glass. The deep cut pattern depicts what I think are stuart roses and hidden in the pattern are 2 thistles which as i understand it represent the heritage of Scotland or the Jacobites .I have added a number of photos to help . A really nice wine or ale glass also at this size wondered if it was some sort of toasting glass.Thought it might be of interest to someone.
