You are looking at / bidding on a rare little bowl strongly attributed to the workshop of ARCHIMEDE SEGUSO (1909 - 1999) in so called VETRO IRIDATO (iridescent glass), made in Murano, Italy, ca. 1950ies. The only other company that springs to mind as possible maker of this piece is the company BAROVIER & TOSO, but I personally believe strongly that it is ARCHIMEDE SEGUSO. Clear, slightly milky glass with iridescent finish. Unsigned. For similar shapes and glass finishes please see: "I vetri di Archimede Seguso" (Umberto Franzoi, Arsenale Editrice Venezia 1991). Length ca. 3 15/16 inches (ca. 10 cm), height ca. 1 9/16 inches (ca. 4 cm). PERFECT condition, no breaks, chips, damages or repairs whatsoever, just some light wear to the bottom.
