Welcome!ARFVEDSONITE is often mistaken as ASTROPHYLLITE and sometimes Nuummite , but this is definitely not the same mineral. The base of the stone is deep black, to bluish black, opaque, and has Blue, Gold and/or Silver Flashes that fan outwards on the surface. Though similar in appearance , Astrophyllite only comes in a copperish gold color, not blue or silver , and it has more individual and needlelike flashes as opposed to the "fan-like" flash in Arfvedsonite. Arfvedsonite has been found in the USA, Canada, Russia, Germany, South Africa, Norway and Greenland. It has many powerful attributes, and it is a stone that has the potential to produce amazing manifestations! It is a strong stone for spiritual growth, creating a clear path ahead.
