US Sale only or Foreign buyers with US address. Item for sale is a MILES (Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement System). This vest was used at the National Training Center. Basically it is a harness with sensors on it. During "war games" soldiers would fire their weapons---using blanks---but their weapon would also send a coded laser beam. If it came close to the laser harness---that soldier would be "dead". The vest takes a common 9 volt battery. I don't know if it works or not. Have not seen any others for sale. I "found" a photo showing a soldier wearing the harness which is shown to illustrate how the item was worn. I don't have the sensor that went on the helmet, but for the torso.. Item being sold as is with no returns. Shipping cost is for the lower 48 States.
