Anuncommon hand-painted porcelain pottery creamer designed by Eva Zeisel for SMF (Schramberg Majolika Fabrik). The pattern is called “Gobelin” and was designed by Zeisel while working at SMF from 1928 until 1930. Marked in black on bottom with “HANDPAINTED SCHRAMBERG SMF” logo and “GERMANY” and a separate number “1”. There is also an impress mark number “27” and a few other impressed numbers…too difficult to photograph. The creamer is in super condition with no unusable wear. Clean, no chips, no cracks, no crazing. A fine example. About 4-1/2” long including handle by 3-1/4” tall. Please email me with any questions.
