This listing is for a wonderful Morning Set by Eva Zeisel for SMF Schramberg Germany in 1928 - 1930. The majolica set includes four 6.75" plates, four 6.5" saucers and four coffee cups. Overall, this complete set is in excellent condition. There are some nicks on the underside of the saucers. I have included many pictures to help you see. Eva Zeisel began her career for Schramberger Majolika Fabrik in 1928 and moved to Berlin to design for Carstens in 1930. Thus, we can be sure these were made between 1928-1930. Aside from this listing, her path crossed many and her long history is quite interesting. Her artistic abilities are undeniable.
