ART DECO HENRI DELCOURT FIGURAL LADY INKWELL & PEN HOLDER 1930's BOULOGNE FRANCEA vintage art deco Henri Delcourt, Boulogne-sur-mer, France, figural lady,combined inkwell & pen holder. She is 4" tall to the highest point of her wide brimmed hat, 4 3/4" wide and 2 1/2" deep. She is wearing a mottled grey shawl/coat and her hat is black above and reddish orange below, with matching band around the crown. She has blue eyes and yellow hair. There is a hole in the hat for placement of a dip pen. The condition is generally very good with no chips or cracks. There is a small firing defect in the brim of the hat (see last photo).
