This Art Nouveau Or Victorian Decorated Colbalt Blue Jar Is Encased In Pewter Which Has The Ornate RaisedPattern Of Elegant Swirls, Leaves & Vines. The Colbalt Blue Glass Bubbles Out Between The Slanted Heavy PewterSections. As Shown In Photo's The Molded Or handblown glass is stunning against the Pewter As The Light Shines Through! This Vase Or Jar Is 4" in Diameter & 4 1/4" Tall. I Could Find No Makers Mark!! But By The looks Of It I'm Sure Its A Quality Piece!! T Is No Damage To The Pewter! The Colbalt Glass Has No Cracks Except For A Small Flaw (As Shown in Last Photo). It Must Be Under The Top Layer Of Glass, Because If You Run Your Finger over It You Do Not Feel A Chip!! It Does Not Distract From This Beautiful Vase!! I Think It Would also look Great On A Desk As A Pen Holder!! But As A Vase It Is Stunning!! A Great Addition To Any Colbalt Blue or Pewter Collection!!
