This is a MAGNIFICENT VINTAGE NAVAJO MUSEUM QUALITY, HUGE silver squash blossom necklace being one of the largest teardrop squash blossom necklaces I have ever seen. The necklace consists of very rare blue gem turquoise stones. Nestled between the stones are impressive silver raindrops and ropes. The necklace contains striking rare hand wrought silver beads with a traditional silver clasp. The naja on this necklace is absolutely gigantic measuring a mind blowing 3 3/4" X 3 3/8". Each silver squash measures around 2 1/8" X 1 1/4". Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's +. Signed by Navajo artist, Julie Williams. The length of the necklace measures approx 30". Sturdy 279 grams.I purchased this necklace from Nativo-Arts, a very reputable dealer here on Ebay. The purchase was made in August of this year. I am a very petite lady so the necklace is a bit overpowering for me.Thank you for looking.
