Astrolabe 1812 Mantua Model Kit - Box Opened But Assembly Never Starte d.History: Launched in Toulon in 1811 as a horse barge of 380 tons named Ecurie. In 1813 it was converted to transport men and munitions and renamed La Coquille in 1814. It was converted to an exploration ship and renamed Astrolabe in 1826.
