This engine has a dual flywheel motor that runs good, it does start & stop & slow well and the headlight works . Please look closely at all pictures, they are part of the description, this is the item you will receive. Please read the entire ad, then ask all questions before bidding. I am a Retired/Disabled grandfather, I am not an expert on trains and did not become a train hobbyist until 11/2012. I am a trained electronics tech and I buy, repair and sell used train items while I am building a layout for my grandson. I am currently using a 3' circle track to test all engines. I dis-assemble, clean and rewire as necessary all the engines that pass through my hands. Most work great after that and I resell them at a price I would be willing to pay myself. read more
