For sale in this listing is an Athearn GE AC4400 CSX diesel engine in HO scale. Beautiful engine. This ran the last time it was tested. Payment is accepted through PayPal only. 2. Payment is expected immediately if the Buy It Now option is used, otherwise within 24 hours after an offer has been accepted. 3. I, the seller, will pack and ship these items WITH THE UTMOST CARE, but ultimately, once the package they are contained in is out of my hands and in transit through the mail, I will not be held responsible for loss or damage to the package and its contents. 4. These items are being sold AS IS and sale of them through this listing is final. I, the seller, can and will make no guarantees about them other than that I have tried to describe them to the best of my ability and to note any issues regarding their condition (that I deem particularly worth mentioning) while still in my possession. Yes, I know, maybe an uncommon thing to do or even suggest, but maybe very smart, for the both of us. 9. I, the seller, will NOT ship to international addresses—in other words, I will NOT ship to addresses outside the continental USA. 10. The buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs as given in this listing. Shipping costs will not be refunded—I, the seller, will no longer have your money after I hand over payment to the carrier for shipment of the item(s). 11. Shipment will be made only to the verified shipping address from the buyer’s PayPal account. With regard to order changes and address changes: If you request a change of shipping address after your payment is received or if you request a change to your order after payment is completed, you will have to resubmit payment with your corrected information and I, the seller, will then refund your first payment. The reason for this is that PayPal does not seem to offer seller protection if I ship to an address other than the address as noted with your PayPal payment. If the order has been shipped and you want a change of address, that's too late.
