I am offering an HO DC Atlas Roco undecorated EMD GP-38 low hood diesel. The model is in nice cosmetic condition but is missing it's cab windshield. The previous owner had removed the Dynamic Brake casting. This was done to represent a non dynamic brake version GP-38.The locomotive was tested and it ran well. No original box.
