I am offering an HO DC Atlas Roco undecorated EMD GP-38 hi hood diesel. The model is in nice cosmetic condition but is missing it's cab windshield and horn. The previous owner had removed the original exhaust stacks because of the poor detail quality. Plans where to install brass stacks but they where never installed. The locomotive was tested and it ran well. No original box.
