Buck is a proven top quality manager who demands the best in performance from his players whom he admires greatly. The players respond to Buck and appreciate his honesty and constructive attitude. He turned the Texas Rangers organization around and now he is doing the same with the Orioles who are contenders in the American League Eastern Conference.
