Do you ever worry that the Queen might drop by for a cuppa one day and you don't have the right china in which to serve her Maj a nice splash of Earl Grey?? - Well worry no more! - This beautiful vintage Aynsley cup and saucer will be perfect for just such an occasion, even if you have to sit there sipping from your "Keep Calm and Carry On" Tesco value mug ...... just don't let the corgi lap from the saucer! Both the cup and saucer are in excellent condition, but there are some marks which are not scratches but appear to be a bit of a fault in the paintwork. You will see from the photos (come, on, put your specs on!) that there is some gold paint on the cup (near the foot, hardly visible in normal use), and tiny white marks on the saucer. There are no scratches from use. What else can I say? It's a cup and a saucer. And they are really, really pretty. Again, do look at the photos to make sure you understand the slight flaws. !
