The Baldt Anchor Co. was founded on Feb.2,1901 by Frederick Baldt. Their first product was the "Baldt Patent Stockless Anchor" patented on Oct.27,1896. This is that anchor in miniature form made of nickel plated cast iron. Size is 7" long and 4 1/4" wide. It weights about 2-3 lbs. Condition is excellent for age.
