WHAT YOU ARE BIDDING ON: Hello! This is a BARBIE Vintage 1970's "Busy Barbie with Holdin' Hands"; she has opposable thumbs that can grip She is marked "(1966) Mattel Inc, U.S. & Foreign, Patented, Other Pats, Pending, Made in Taiwan" Disclaimer: These dolls are notorious for weak limbs... I have reattached the arms with vinyl screws , so they are well secured....The legs pegs have been reinforced; they have not been glued....I use a chemical that re-fuses the plastic together...this usually makes a nice strong hold, but I just wanted to mention the repairs and to still be careful! NOTE: I used a Quick Curl body for her....this is the EXACT STYLE body used for a Bu sy hands...the only differen ce is it was made in Taiwan instead of Hong Kong ...you would never know the differen ce ...I just like to be hone st She is wearing a "Pretty Frilly" Peasant Dress and pair of blue low-heel shoes (marked Korea ) She comes with a Tray accessory pie ce with 2 cups CONDITION NOTES: HEAD: Pretty Face.... Hair is thick and shiny BODY: there are a few very minor scuff marks on her back...the waist is a tad swingy...both arms bend and hold at the elbow... both hands open/close....legs/arms are nice and clean...both knees still OUTFIT: Buttons have been re-sewn on...the white parts are not perfectly white... elastic in sleeve cuffs is loose
