This item is a ticket stub, for the 32nd baseball All Star Game held July 10, 1962, used by International Boxing Historian, Boxing Hall of Fame Inductee and writer of over 80 books Bert Randolph Sugar, covering the game for Baseball Monthly where he was Publisher/Editor. The game won by the Nation League 3-1, was highlighted by President Kennedy throwing out the first ball. He was only the second sitting President that attended an All Star game. Held at D.C. Stadium in Washington, DC where the Senator's had returned to play in our nations capital. This would be the final year of the two game All Star format that had begun in 1959. The 2nd game in 1962 was held at Wrigley Field, Chicago on July 30, 1962.
