This is a beautiful 50's style fashion hat for Cissette and her same size friends. The hat is a yellow buckram body with Vintage yellow rick-rack edge. I added a tie with bead slide to secure to her head. The matching tall bag has a strap handle with matching trim. Perfect for gardening or a day at the beach. I make all my hats from vintage materials,some newer, NOS and recycled. I shape each one by hand. I have a 20 year archive of Millinery supplies to pull from. All from my smoke free home.
