* Since I was laid off I've got time on my hands. You won't see a another Ferrari like this on EBAY. Based on a modern but crude resin casting, this slot car has crafted into the little jem you see before you. It still has the heart of a 60's slot car, powered by a NOS Revell Mabuchi 13 UO, but with a modern carbon fibre front half chassis. The front axle is integral with the body. This car is very mild in performance, ideal for the home track. * The chassis; Hand crafted, carbon fibre front half chassis, rear axle carrier is a 1960's NOS Revell unit with oilite bearings. Set up non-magnet, but I'll include a tweaker magnet that can easily be added. * The motor: An antique (New Old Stock) Revell 13 UO, right out of 1964. * Gears: Monogram 48 pitch pinion, with a modern Slot-It crown gear. Drill blank axles throughout. * Wheels: The famous BWA set screw / aluminium wheels, with the correct BWA wire wheel inserts, with 3 ear knock-offs. * Tires: soft Ninco tyres, front and rear. * Guide: Modern modified Fly guide, perfect for home track use. * Body: Based on a resin casting I got from France, this body has been cleaned up considerably.
