Straight out of my grandfathers estate in Morris Hill, Ind. we are putting up for auction an item we just HATE TO SELL , but we've had this on display in our garage for years and we can't keep everything so off to E- Bay it goes..... Tonight for the first time, we are putting up for auction " A RARE AND ORIGINAL QUART SIZE " MODEL T " OR " MODEL A" FORD OIL CAN WITH GREAT GRAPHICS...... THIS CAN IS NOT THE NORMAL ROUND SHAPE THAT WE ALL KNOW.......THIS OLD OIL CAN IS " OVAL SHAPE" AND MEASURES 9" HIGH X 4 3/4" WIDE ......THE CAN HAS ITS ORIGINAL SCREW ON TOP AND THE GRAPHICS ARE OF THE OLD FORD TRIANGLE......AND WE, OR OUR ASSOCIATES HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS...... THE CAN HAS A PAINTED LABEL, AND PRINTED ON EACH SIDE OF THIS DARK BLUE CAN IS THE WORD.... " FORD " .... AND IN A GOLD TRIANGLE IT SAYS.... " USE HIGH GRADE OILS ONLY " ....AT THE BOTTOM OF THE TRIANGLE IS A PAINTED MEDALLION THAT READS.... " MOBILOIL " A "....
