This auction is for a very old Wedgwood Pearlware plate in polychrome aesthetics. It has a wonderful appearance resembling a flow blue mixed with rich mulberry cobalt blue and other colors It is 10 1/2" across and is impressed Wedgwood Pearl W and is also marked Napier 2930 14. Quite heavy this plate is 3+ pounds. It is in superb condition with no chips, cracks, or discoloration and only threee light crazing lines which are almost impossible to see. It has a glaze flaw on the edge of the plate which I have shown a photo of, but this is common of porcelain of this age.
