Badges such as this were issued to the offical film makers at the 1936 Berlin Olympic Games, in the five colors of the Olypmic rings. This badge is red.This item comes from my father's personal collection. He acquired it at a militaria show some time ago - sold to him as an original piece. I personally cannot authenticate it as original, as I do not have the experience with such items to do so. Please judge for yourself using the photos. Even if this item is a reproduction, it is in excellent condition, as can be seen in the photos.Using a flash, it's difficult to get a shot without glare on the enamel surface of the badge - thus, photos from multiple angles.Stamped on back: "Rob.
