Rare find in NEW condition....factory sealed. Artwork by Betty Sedberry Salisbury, North Carolina & Rowan County Printed Building Sketches on paper and cardsHistory Salisbury Foundation Since this is factory sealed, I'm not exactly for certain what is in the clear packaging, but it appears to be Gift Wrapping Paper along several notecards. The paper has Betty Sedberry's (Salisbury, NC Artist) sketches printed on the paper ....Gaskill-Blackmer House 1898, Grimes Mill 1896, Bell BLock 1898, Archibald Henderson Law Office 1795, Salisbury Railroad Passenger Station 1908, Mowery House 1880, Salisbury Female Academy 1838, Dr. Josephus Hall House 1820...plus small notecards with the Hall House and Grimes Mill....there could be other sketches on paper and cards, I just can't see them. Not dated... From a smoke-free environment.
