Offered for auction is this STUNNING, ivory porcelain vase produced by Belleek. I have seen later examples referred to as Nile vases in the Calla Lily pattern. It is a large piece measuring 13" high. The decor consists of raised leaves surrounding the lower half and a fine rib design with three dimensional flowers and buds surrounding the upper half of the vase. The leaves are approximately 5" long and have a pale yellow/beige lustre finish. The same lustre finish also appears along the inside lip and extends down into the vase approximately 1 inch. The belleek mark is clearly visible on the base. It is the third black mark which indicates production between 1926 - 1946. The condition is EXCELLENT, being free of damage, crazing, or restoration.
