This is a beautiful example of exquisite glass design. I am not sure if this is French or British. The hand enamelling is wonderful - very detailed and in mint condition. I believe the birds are bluebirds and the flower is a white dogwood. The stopper may have had gold accenting all along the top rim and the edge of the rim of the bottle and some of that is worn - Otherwise, the piece is mint. The piece measures about 10" tall including the stopper. T is a nice pontil on the base along with a handwritten 23.. the stopper also has a handwritten 2. An early high quality piece for your collection. Buyer pays shipping and insurance fees. I don't charge handling fees and am willing to pack multiple wins to save on postage. Most of my pieces are vintage and/or antique and due to age are not perfect. I am not an expert, but my descriptions are precise, thorough, and will include any imperfections I see.
