WOW - GORGEOUS MAHOGANY CURIO DISPLAY CABINET WITH VINTAGE BLUE WILLOW CHILD'S TEA SET MADE IN OCCUPIED JAPAN You will be bidding on one very beautiful and unique rich Mahogany Curio Display Cabinet and a Vintage Child's Blue Willow Toy Tea Set. We have filled this curio display cabinet with a complete Vintage Miniature Blue Willow Tea Set Made In Occupied Japan - A MUST to add to your new or existing Collection. This would make a fabulous gift for a loved one for the up-coming Holidays. This wonderful curio display cabinet measures about 22-1/2" high to the top center of the back board trim. It is 12-5/8" wide including the top trim overhang. It has two removeable curved glass shelves that measure 5-1/8" deep and 12" wide with 5-1/4" in between the top two shelves and 5-1/2" to the bottom wood shelf. The sides and the door have wonderful curved glass. It has a mirrored back to reflect the tea set. All metal hardware on door and handle and metal brackets on back to hang it on the wall. Legs are pre-drilled with places for inserting screws (included) for installation or removal to hang on wall. I would say it is in perfect mint condition but we all know t is nothing perfect. This little cabinet is pretty close but of course you will find little slight imperfections if you look hard enough but any you might find will not diminish the look and style of this wonderful little piece of furniture. Curved front, sides and legs are so elegant. The Child's Vintage Made In Occupied Japan Blue Willow Tea Set includes the following pieces: The Tea Pot with lid measures about 3-1/2" high, about 2-3/4" without lid, a little over 4-1/4" handle to spout and around 2-3/4" in diameter. Marked Made In Occupied Japan. The Sugar Bowl with lid measures about 2-1/2" high, about 2" without lid, around 3-1/8" handle to handle and around 1-3/4" deep. Marked Made In Occupied Japan. The Creamer measures about 1-3/4" high, about 2-1/4" handle to spout and a little over 1-1/2" deep. Marked Made In Occupied Japan. The four Plates measure a little over 3-3/4" in diameter. One little has a flaw on the back but has been glazed over. All four plates are marked Made In Occupied Japan. The four Saucers measure about 2-3/4" in diameter. Two sauces are Marked Made In Occupied Japan and the other two are marked Made in Japan. The four Cups measure about 2-diameter and about 2-7/8" including the handle. All four cups are marked Made In Occupied Japan which is unusual that the cups are marked at all. A little extra benefit. The Covered Casserole/Soup Tureen with lid measures about 2-3/4" high and with out the lis is about 1-5/8" high. It is around 5" handle to handle. Marked Made In Occupied Japan. The matching Oval Platter measures about 5-1/2" long by about 3" deep. It is old and not marked but is obviously a part of this set. Has one tiny little brown spot near the birds. The Gravy Boat and Underplate measure almost 4-3/4" long, about 2" high. Gravy boat is about 2-1/4" deep and 3-3/4" long. It is very old yet unmarked. Has transfer pattern skips and smears and the tray is not totally round and symmetrical. The boat is a little off center. NO CHIPS, NO CRACKS, NO REPAIRS. You might find some manufacturing flaws like tiny flakes off the bottom edge w the items sits, a rough edge or a freckly (dot of blue), but nothing serious to mar the beauty of these splendid little pieces.
