This is a pair of salt and peppers by I believe the Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. I'm not a glass expert, What information I've gotten has been off of the internet. So if I'm mistaken someone please feel free to correct me and I will revise my auction. The top of the salt shaker says Dana K Alden, Boston Pat. Dec. 25 1877 The salt shaker handle moves freely, it's not stuck. they are both in great shape no chips or crack in either the glass or the metal tops. t is some mold roughness around the inside of the tops of the shakers not nothing out of the ordinary. T is a swirl pattern on the bottoms. Both covers screw on and off with ease. the pepper is an amber color and the salt is somew between a light cranberry and light amythest, very, very, pretty. I've got lots of pictures if you have questions please ask, I'll answer them as honestly as I can.
