This is Boyds Bearly-Built Villages, Kringle's Retreat. It is the first in the Boyds Town - Kringle Village series, a QVC Exclusive and limited edition of 25,000. Kringle's cottage comes in its original box and is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips or other damage. However, the Santa figurine that goes with the retreat is NOT included. I could not find the little figure of Santa relaxing by the fire that would normally sit inside the removable roof of the Kringle's Retreat. This is still a beautifully detailed piece, but the Kringle figure will not be included. It measures about 6" tall and 5" x 5" wide. It also includes the Certificate of Citizenship.
