BUCK MODEL 110 White Buffalo Corelon Mica-Pearl Handles "CLASSIC SCROLL" In addition to this knife being limited in itself to 400 Knives; Custom Hand Engraver, Dan Grubaugh , has personally customized this Buck knife with hand-engraved Scrolled Bolsters in his Classic Scroll design. The knife is hand signed and serialized By Dan Grubaugh 2008. Serialized " #6/10 ", Custom Engraved Buck Knife. A little about the Engraver... "Hello, my name is Dan Grubaugh, I am 39 years old and have resided a majority of my life in Michigan . I am an avid hunter & outdoorsman which has fueled my love of fine firearms and knives. About 10 years ago I started engraving & carving gunstocks and wooden knife scales and handles. This has evolved to hand engraving steel and other metals such as brass, copper, silver and gold. All of the engraving that I do is done with traditional gravers (a graver is basically a chisel) that are pushed by hand to cut the design into the metal and actually removing metal from the surface of the object. Engravings can be as simple as a few lines cut to form a design, to full releaf/sculpting was the background is removed giving the engraving a raised or 3-Dimensional appearance.
