Buck 315 USA Custom Rigging knife. I made this piece using a near mint Buck 315 that had hairline cracks at the handle scale pins. I Replaced the handle scales with Teak from of a salvaged Deck plank. Salvaged around 2000 from the the Trumpy sailing yacht "Nedmac" built in 1922 in Camden N.J. The blade and back spring is file worked. The Leather belt Case is Hand made from Subtle but very strong 6-8oz Bison (American Buffalo) Leather and of my own design. I used this design on my personal Rigging knives and it works very well and looks nice. The Lanyard is also hand platted Gold Braid Nylon. This is a 1 of a kind knife Hand crafted in the USA with American Pride by an American!!
