This is a "fairly" early one #023,110 Set of 8 characters from the beloved Wizard of Oz: Cowardly Lion Tin Man Scarecrow Dorothy (Gale) Toto Glinda Wizard of Oz Wicked Witch of East / West Includes 12 (as far as I can see without opening the box) Pez candy packs.
