SOLID PECAN 18 DRAWER APOTHECARY CABINET i! I am Shary and welcome to my auction!! Thanks for stopping in to check out this item. I'd just like to mention I've been selling on eBay since Sept of 98 and due to an accident, it is now my full time job. I will treat you like I would like to be treated!! ou are bidding on a NEW Solid Pecan wood (VERY HEAVY) 18 drawer Apothecary Cabinet. (THIS IS A REPODUCTION) NOTE: DUE TO THE BOX SIZE, THIS IS BILLED AT 43 POUNDS. INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS WAIT FOR INVOICE.This neat cabinet is extremely heavy and will weigh approximately 34 pounds once packaged. (18 x 14 x 14 box) Check different shipping options next to the one displayed.It: Measures a total of 24-3/4" wide (at the very top and bottom) It is 11" from front to back Measures 13-1/2" tall The wood in between the boxes are each 3/4" thick Each of the 18 drawers have outside dimensions of about 8-1/2 from front to back, 3" wide and 3" top to bottom or deep. The inside dimensions of the drawers measure 7-1/4" from front to back, 2-1/8" wide and 2-1/8" deep (top to bottom) The wood on the drawer sides is 3/8" thick and the faces are 3/4" thick The legs hold the chest up from the ground or surface 1-1/2" The trim is 1/2" thick Each knob is about 5/8" in diameter and is 3/4" long Pecan wood and finish. Made to look like a true antique so there are spots that may have slight areas that are missing stain (easily fixed if this is undesired). These are all pre-wrapped and to prevent any damage, they will not be checked before shipping, but either I, the company or UPS will cover any damages other than what is explained. The light colored areas you see in the first picture are actually cardboard inserted to prevent movement of the drawers during shipping and I did not notice them until I began this auction. This is a solid wood piece (no vernier) and is made in India Each one is hand done and therefore may be slight differences in the staining and also I have seen some with slight imperfections in the way that the drawers set, but in no way distracts from the beauty! The 2ND to last picture shows it next to my solid oak medium stained cabinets to try and get a feel for the stain color which has a slight reddish tone to it. GREAT for all of your treasures, the crafter, tool chest or anything else that requires multiple drawers. A beautiful reproduction and a perfect addition to your decor!
